Ray H. MAXWELL, retired grocer, died in Rogers, Ark., in March, 1957. Born Sept. 23, 1873, in Jefferson County, the son of Harvey and Christena KAUFFMAN MAXWELL. Married Mary E. SPENCER Sept. 2, 1895; she died July 17, 1921; married, 2nd, Ella Elizabeth PACE in 1924; she died Dec. 7, 1944. He is survived by three sons: Charles H., Rogers, Ark.; Raymond E., San Diego, Calif., and Ralph W., Fairfield; three grandchildren and a brother, Harley, Joliet, Ill.. Preceded in death by one daughter, three brothers and a sister.
