Dr. Mortimer F. STEVER, 70, retired Creston dentist, passed away June 14. Son of George and Juliet HASTINGS STEVER, born Sept. 6, 1868, at Fairfield... Oct. 22, 1891, he married Florence L. SWAN, daughter of Col. and Mrs. S.D. SWAN. Surviving are wife, two sons, Harry C. of Tulsa, Okla., and Paul S. of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd M. KOHLER of Flandrea, S.D., and two grandchildren. One daughter, Lula Irene STEVER, died at the age of 14 months in 1901... Burial in the Graceland Cemetery in Creston.
