DEATH OF FRITZ RATCLIFF. The sad news of the death of Fritz RATCLIFF, of St. Louis, reached this city Saturday night. Mr. RATCLIFF died Saturday evening at 7 o'clock at his home in St. Louis from an attack of apoplexy... He was the son of Robert RATCLIFF of this city and spent his boyhood days here. His two brothers, Bruce and Harry, departed Sunday to attend the funeral services in St. Louis, after which the body will be taken to Jerseyville, Ill., for interment.
