Papers from Boulder, Col., announce the death of Daniel MEGINNES in that city the 7th inst.. Mr. MEGINNES was seventy-five years of age, a native of Franklin County, Penn., and was a resident of Jefferson County in the '50s. His wife, who died several years ago, was formerly Lidey GOVER, member of a well known Jefferson County family. They went to Colorado in 1861 and have since made their home there.
