DIED--In Fairfield, Iowa, on Thursday, July 18, 1861, Cora Belle, youngest daughter of Jas. & M. E. EDMISTON, aged six years, five months and fifteen days.

"See on these ruby lips the trembling breath,
These cheeks now fading at the blast of death;
Cold is the breast which warmed the world before,
And those love-darting eyes must roll no more!"

"Lay her i' the earth;
And from her fair and unpolluted flesh
May violets spring!"
