MRS. JOHN BAILEY'S FUNERAL TOMORROW... Belle Frances FLIGG BAILEY was born near Fairfield Mar. 31, 1862, and spent practically her entire life here. On New Year's Day in 1882 she was united in marriage to John BAILEY of this city. Six children; one son, Clarence, having preceded his mother in death. Mrs. BAILEY is survived by her husband and five children, Mrs. David ROACH of Beckwith, Ernest of this city, Earl, Gladys, and Bessie at home. She also leaves four sisters, Mrs. George COVERT, Mrs. Lud McDONALD, Mrs. Cora ENDERSBY, and Mrs. Mary DIXON of The Delles, Oregon, and two brothers, Charles E. FLIGG of this city and Allen FLIGG of The Delles, Oregon...
