Jesse COOPER born in Molden, Kanaugh Co., W.Va., June 4, 1864; d. at his home 605 W. Monroe St., Fairfield, Mar. 23, 1926, aged 61-9-19.

Came with his family in early life to Missouri; m. Miss Mary THONRTON of Hillsboro, Lee County, Dec. 3, 1886; she dying the next year of typhoid; 2nd m. to Frances E. FAULKNER Dec. 4, 1888, who survives. Also leaves two sisters, Mrs. B.F. WEST of this city, Mrs. Barney SHOTT of Birmingham, Iowa, a nephew Henry FAULKNER of Davenport who has made his home with Mr. COOPER for the past 30 years. Mrs. Sarah EDWARDS, one of his sisters, preceded him in death nearly 25 years ago. Free Meth. Ch.. About 37 years since he moved to Fairfield....
