The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip PICKETT died Saturday after an illness of over a week. Funeral services were held at the home on Sabbath afternoon and interment made in Evergreen Cemetery.

[Ed. note: 9/29/2009 it was learned the given name of this child is Arthur C., son of Phillip Sheridan and Addie FREEMAN PICKETT. Although his obituary above indicates he was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, he is at the adjoining Fairfield City Cemetery; Lot 107 is next to the unmarked boundary which separates the two.
