W. D. RUMER, passed away in Portland, Oregon, yesterday. Born in Jefferson County June 24, 1859, son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac RUMER. He married Miss Bertha COFFIN (HUEY!) and they made their home until within the past year in Alliance, Nebr.. Survived by his wife, one son, Frank, and a daughter, Mrs. Florence HIVELY, all of Portland, Oregon; four sisters and one brother....
