Ruth D., wife of Dr. William L. ORR, died at Ottumwa Sunday evening, in the 66th year of her age. She was a daughter of Nehemiah BALDWIN, who came to Fairfield from Pennsylvania in 1845, and several years of her early life were spent in this city. She and Dr. ORR were married here in 1846, and removed to Ottumwa six years later. Mrs. ORR was a sister of the late Judge Caleb BALDWIN of Council Bluffs.
