FRED W. COOK DIED IN MOLINE. Frank L. COOK, 209 North D, has received word of the death of his twin brother, Fred W. COOK, who passed away yesterday morning at nine o'clock at his home, 1540 Eighth Avenue, Moline, Ill.. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home and burial will take place in the cemetery nearby.
Mr. COOK was a former Fairfield resident and an umber of years ago was principal of a business college in this city. He was 74 years of age and he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles COOK. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Albertine ALEXANDER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William ALEXANDER, who formerly resided here. A son, Arthur COOK, of Moline, survives him. He leave a sister, Mrs. Hattie M. PAUL of Moline, and his twin brother, Frank L. COOK of this city.
