FRANK N. MESNER, 86, of Marion, former Jefferson County resident, died Tuesday. Last rites will be Thursday in Marion.

Survived by wife, Patty, and three sisters and one brother. Son of the late Phil & Nancy Emry Mesner. His sister, the late Julia M. Crosbie, resided at the Bethany Home and her brother visited her here many times.
