News has been received in the city of the death of Frank NOBLE, which occurred at his home in Ogden, Utah, on Sat., Sept. 25....

He has resided here during the greater part of his life, until he went west only four years ago. Several of his relatives still live here, among them his daughter, Mrs. FUQUA. Mr. NOBLE will be remembered by many as the proprietor of the "Windsor Inn" which formerly stood upon the present site of the Court Hotel, and as landlord of the Windsor he endeared himself to many patrons of the hotel as well as to other friends. The body will arrive in the city sometime today and arrangements will be made for the funeral.
