Frank A. CRAIL is Dead in West. Former resident of this city passed away Dec. 28 at his home in Culver City, Calif., at the age of 58 years. He was a brother of J.B. and David CRAIL, and a half-brother of the CRAIL twins in Los Angeles. When Mr. CRAIL lived here he conducted the restaurant where Mel's Café now is. He first went to Burlington on leaving this city, where he remained a number of years before going to California.
