FRANK L. COOK PASSED AWAY
Funeral Services Friday Afternoon At 2 O'clock from The Baptist Church

Frank L. COOK died this morning at 9:10 oclock at his home 209 North D street. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 oclock from the Baptist church in charge of Dr. T. F. Cooke. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. COOK was born August 6, 1884 (sic - 1848) in Providence, R. I. He and his wife came to this city in 1917 to make their home. Besides his wife he i (sic - is) survived by the following children, Mrs. Elsie COCKERILL of north of the city, Henry A. of Merrill, Wis., Herbert L. of Washington, D. C. and James K. of Washington, D. C. Also one sister, Mrs. Hattie PAUL of Moline, Ill.

Frank L. COOK Dies.

Frank L. COOK, aged 78 years, passed away at his home Wednesday after an illness of several months. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the First Baptist church conducted by Rev. T. F. Cooke. Burial will take place in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. COOK was born Aug. 6, 1848, in Providence, R.I. and spent his boyhood days there. His widow, three sons, James and Herbert of Washington, D.C., and Henry of Merrill, Wis., and one daughter, Mrs. Hugh COCHRELL (sic) of this city survive. There is also a sister, Mrs. Hattie PAUL of Moline, Ill.

COOK Body To Lie In State Tomorrow

The body of Frank L. COOK, who passed away Wednesday morning at his home 209 North D street, will lie in state tomorrow at the Butler Funeral home until 1 oclock tomorrow afternoon.

Services Yesterday From The Baptist Church In Charge Of Dr. Cooke

Funeral services for Frank L. COOK, who passed away Wednesday morning at his home, 209 North D street, were held yesterday afternoon at 2 oclock from the Baptist church in charge of Dr. T. F. Cooke. Mrs. Edgar McINTIRE and Mrs. Bell PARRISH, nieces of Mrs. COOK very beautifully sang, "Jesus Lover of My Soul," "No Night There," and "Abide With Me." The following men served as pall bearers, Will Summers, George Summers, Herbert Summers, Harry Knight, Frank Fellel and Floyd Goodwin. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery.

To All Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last will and testament of Francis L. COOK, deceased, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson county, and that Tuesday, May 24th, A. D., 1927 at 9 oclock a.m., it being the 26th day of the April term, 1927 of said Court has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said court this 30th day of April, 1927.
