FAIRFIELD TRIBUNE, October 5 1882, 3-4.

Death of MRS. FRANK FEGAN...Youngest daughter of the late John C. Fetter...she received the name of Iowa from her mother because she was the only child among ten who had been born in the commonwealth. Born 17 1852, the whole of her life has been spent in this state...(LEDGER, October 4.)
