Bess WAGNER, 79, of Pasadena, Calif., died Sun. night in Pasadena. A former resident, Miss WAGNER was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip WAGNER of Fairfield.

Survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lottie BROWN and Mrs. Mildred HANGER, both of Des Moines, and one brother Herbert WAGNER of Alhambra, Calif.. Services will be in California.
