BRIGHTON. Mrs. Herbert STOUSE, 52, Brighton, died Sunday about 4 p.m. after she was stricken while traveling with her husband near Bowling Green, Mo.. Mr. and Mrs. STOUSE were enroute to Brighton after visiting the former's mother in St. Louis, Mo.. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery near Libertyville.

The former Ruth ROUTSON, Mrs. STOUSE was born April 15, 1915, in Fairfield, daughter of Howard and Bertha McCLAIN ROUTSON; reared and educated in Fairfield. Married July 29, 1939.

Surviving are husband, one daughter, Mrs. Richard PEEL, Perry; her mother, Mrs. Bertha ROUTSON, Brighton; and one brother, Delbert ROUTSON, Denver, Col.. Member Methodist Church; OES.... Preceded in death by two sisters, one brother, and her father.
