LIBERTYVILLE. W. S. SLIMMER, a long time resident of this place, died at his home on Thurs., Mar. 26. Stricken about noon with heart failure in front of the post office. He was removed to his home, dying about 3:30, but never regained consciousness. He was 65 years of age and the father of nine children.

Born in Ross County, Ohio, Dec. 5, 1849, and was married to Mary Elizabeth FAULKNER on Apr. 15, 1869 by Rev. Hayden.

Children survive: David SLIMMER, Ordway, Col.; Wm. of Sugar City, Col.; Oliver, Samuel, Caleb, Naham, Mrs. Edna VANDERBUR, Miss Winnie, and Mrs. PEAKE, all of Russell, Kansas.... Fell Cemetery.

Dr. Peter SLIMMER was srticken with heart failure in front of the post office last Thursday morning. He never regained consciousness, dying in the afternoon... Interment Fell Cemetery.
