DOUDS, Ia. -- Mrs. Daisy A. SAMPLE, 86, died Tues. night at Van Buren Memorial Hospital in Keosaqua. Made her home with Mrs. Naomi PRICE at Milton. Pedrick Funeral Home.

Born Aug. 29, 1877, daughter of Ruben and Martha HOLMES SHERRICK. Married Arthur F. SAMPLE, who died in 1956. The couple lived in the Lebanon community for many years. She was a member of the Lebanon Methodist Church. Nieces and nephews survive.

LEBANON -- Funeral services for Mrs. Daisy S. SAMPLE, 86, were held this afternoon at the Lebanon Methodist Church in charge of Rev. G. B. Tadlock... She was a long-time resident of the Lebanon area. Burial Lebanon Cemetery.
