Page 5, Column 5Henry RODABAUGH was born Jan. 21, 1846, near Dayton, Ohio, and died at the home of his son, Ray, March 21, 1916, age 70 y. 2 m.. Came to Jefferson County with his parents in Nov., 1847, and has lived in and near Libertyville ever since. Married Ellen V. BRANTNER Sept. 14, 1871, who preceded him in death just one month.
To this union nine children, six girls and three boys; one daughter, Alta, preceded him in death eight years ago. Member of the Brethren Church over 30 years, has always lived a faithful Christian life, always kind and pleasant, interested in the welfare of his fellow man.
Leaves to mourn: Mrs. Della WOODROW of Birmingham; Mrs. Kate PEEBLER of Pulaski; Mrs. Millie HORN, of Keosaqua; Mrs. Ida KELLY, of Fairfield; Mrs. Maggie PEEBLER, A.E., C.D, and E.R. of Libertyville; 26 grandchildren. Mrs. J. L. MADDIX, of Libertyville, is a sister. The funeral was held at the home of his son, Ray, conducted by Rev. Wolff, and interment in Fell Cemetery. The many friends of the family extend sympathy in their double bereavement.
