Page 8, Column 4MRS. SALTS, 88, DIES AT BATAVIA. Mrs. Wiynonnia SALTS, 88, lifetime resident of Jefferson County, died Sunday at 7 a.m. at her home in Batavia. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Campbell Funeral chapel in charge of Rev. Kermit Black. Burial will be in Abingdon cemetery.....She was born Nov. 30, 1873 in Jefferson county, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret REAMS SCHOOLEY. She was married to Eldon RAMEY in 1892. He died in 1913. Mrs. SALTS was married to John SALTS Aug. 27, 1914....Surviving are her husband and the following children: Mrs. Loren STERNER, Agency; Ray RAMEY, Agency; Oma RAMEY, Freeport, Ill.; Paul SALTS, Davenport, and Harold SALTS, Anamosa. Also surviving are three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two brothers, Dan SCHOOLEY, Fairfield; and Tom SCHOOLEY, Ottumwa. One son and one daughter are deceased.
