CHARLES HESTON TAKEN IN DEATH; 115 DESCENDANTS.

Born Apr. 8, 1869, in Jefferson County, son of Mahlon and Harriett STILES HESTON; married Sarah AMISS Nov. 23, 1890; she died Feb. 14, 1955. He died Wed. at Jefferson Co. Hospital. Home at 309 S. Court St. Lifelong resident of Jefferson County, farmed for 45 years before moving to Fairfield 31 years ago. Behner Funeral Home.

Surviving are five sons and four daughters: Fay HESTON, Rock Island, Ill.; William HESTON, Fairfield; LeRoy HESTON, Knoxville; Fred HESTON, Agency; Floyd HESTON, Davenport; Mrs. Nellie EATON, Davenport; Mrs. Inez BAGBY, Fairfield; Mrs. Edith CASE, Davenport; and Mrs. Viola WHITE, Rock Island, Ill.; 21 grandchildren; 42 greatgrandchildren; 43 greatgreatgrandchildren, and one brother, Luther HESTON, Fairfield. Three daughters, two sisters and two brothers are deceased. Member Brookville Methodist church.
