Funeral Services Will Be Held Tomorrow Afternoon from Christian ChurchMrs. Harriet FRESHWATER, wife of George W. FRESHWATER, 704 West Hempstead street, passed away last night at 10:45 after being in ill health the past year and seriously ill with heart trouble for several days.
The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 from the Christian church in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. FRESHWATER was married in early life to Mahlon HESTON, who died at their farm west of the city a number of years ago(.) To them were born the following children who survive--Luther HESTON of Birmingham; James F. HESTON of Fairfield and Charles HESTON of Bernhart. Several years ago she married Mr. FRESHWATER, who survives. She was born Sept. 18, 1852, at Cleveland, Ohio, and she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William STILES.

OBITUARY
Mrs. Geo. N. FRESHWATER
Harriet STILES daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William STILES, was born in Cleveland, Ohio, September 18 1852 and departed this life at her home in Fairfield Iowa, April 14, 1929.
From Ohio she moved to Illinois and later to this state living on a farm west of Fairfield until 1914, when she moved into Fairfield.
In 1868 she was married to Mahlon HESTON, who passed away in 1918. The surviving children by this union are--Luther HESTON, Birmingham; James HESTON, Fairfield and Charles HESTON, Bernhart.
On October 7, 1924 she was united in marriage to George W. FRESHWATER, who with seven step-children survive. They are--Mrs. Ethel WALKER, Fairfield, Mrs. Ocie HOLCOMB, Pontiac, Mich.; Perry FRESHWATER, Newton; Robert FRESHWATER, Birmingham; Mrs. Margaret BAKER and Joseph FRESHWATER, Cedar Rapids; and Mrs. Winifred EMONIN, Waterloo.
She also leaves 18 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two brothers, Luther and Edward STILES and one sister, Mrs. E. A. MOLHER, Spokane, Wash.
She united with the Christian church many years ago and held her membership at Abingdon.
Funeral services were held in the Christian church, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 oclock in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly. Mrs. William Stever and Mrs. C. G. Picken with Miss Reva Patten at the piano, sang "Going Down the Valley,' "Asleep In Jesus" and "Jesus Savior Pilot Me."
Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.

The last rites for Mrs. George W. FRESHWATER who passed away at her home Sunday night were held at the Christian church, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly(.) Mrs. William Stever and Mrs. C. G. Pickens with Miss Reva Patten at the piano sang "Going Down the Valley One by One"! "Jesus Lover of My Soul" and "Asleep in Jesus. The pallbearers were: Fay, Bill and Fred HESTON, Robert and Joe FRESHWATER and Tom Bagby. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. She was laid to rest in the Evergreen cemetery.
