LIBERTYVILLE. Services pending at Raymond Funeral Home for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene FORDYCE, Libertyville, who died this morning at University Hospital in Iowa City about 10½ hours after birth.

Survivors include the parents, Eugene and Linda BOWERMASTER FORDYCE; two brothers, Stephen and David; two grandmothers, Mrs. Willard BOWERMASTER and Mrs. Kenneth FORDYCE, both of Libertyville; and three greatgrandparents, William ELDER, Mrs. Meta FORDYCE and Mr. and Mrs. Fred JOHNSON, all of Libertyville.
