LIBERTYVILLE. James M. FERREL, 59, died this morning at Jefferson County Hospital. Behner Funeral Home. Fell Cemetery.

Born Nov. 15, 1892, near Mt. Pleasant in Henry County, son of J.C. and Anna MALLAMS FERREL who also reside near Libertyville; married Dec. 18, 1912, to Grace M. ENLOW who survives. Wedding took place at Birmingham. He was member Mt. Zion Methodist Church SW of Libertyville in the community in which he had lived for a half century.

Survived by wife, parents, one daughter, Mrs. Vermith REED of Birmingham; brothers and sisters: Mrs. Esther STUMP, Douds; Mrs. Erma STUMP, Libertyville; Mrs. Elsa CRAWFORD, Libertyville; Robert FERREL, Libertyville; Ivyl FERREL, Batavia; Frank FERREL, Bettendorf, Iowa; Floyd FERREL, Estherville; Mrs. Elaine BONNETT, Libertyville, and Mrs. Evelyn BONNETT, Stockport. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
