MICHAEL PAGE, Co. E, 2nd Iowa Inf. Reg.; Enlisted May 6, 1861; age 23; Residence, Fairfield; Nativity, New Hampshire. Wounded February 15, 1862 at Ft. Donelson, Tenn. He died November, 1910. In 1898 was living at Dighton, Kansas; a widower; his wife's maiden name was Elizabeth Mouk; married in 1865, Ottumwa, Iowa. His birthplace now shown as Haverhill, Mass. Living children in 1898: Margaret Page, 34; John Page, 32; Isaac Page, 26. (Nat. Archives)
