MRS. UNKRICH, 79, FAIRFIELD, DIES; A COUNTY PIONEER

Fairfield, Ia., April 22- Mrs. Eliza Unkrich, aged 79 years, a well known resident of Jefferson county passed away at 11 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of her son, Gus, near this city. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Baptist church, Lockridge, and the burial was in the cemetery at Glasgow. The Rev. C.E. Vanderpool of Lockridge conducted the services.

Mrs. Unkrich was a long time resident of Jefferson county and is survived by her son, Gus and the following step-children, George, Fairfield; Louise, Birmingham; and Mrs. S.J. French, Tiro, Ohio. There are also two sisters Mrs. Fred Heer of Glasgow and Mrs. W.N. Gilchrist of Harvey.
