BATAVIA. Private services were held in Phoenix, Ariz., Oct. 4 for Mrs. Marjorie STEVENSON, 58, who was born at Batavia and moved to Phoenix 35 years ago. Mrs. STEVENSON died in St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix.

She graduated from Batavia High School in 1930 and Iowa Wesleyan College in 1934. She worked in Des Moines for three years before moving to Arizona.

Survivors include husband, Stuart STEVENSON; a daughter, Doris Jean of Santa Monica, Calif., and a son who lives in Pasadena, Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Ray FRESCOLN, Batavia; and two sisters, Irma FRESCOLN, Chicago, and Mrs. Leo SMITH, Batavia, who all attended the services in Phoenix.
