BATAVIA. Loren HECK, 68, resident of Batavia for the past 12 years, died today at the Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield. Campbell Funeral Chapel. Burial in the Batavia Cemetery.

Born Sept. 16, 1904, at Lehigh, son of Elmer and May BEEBEE HECK. He formerly lived in Waterloo before moving to Batavia. Member Gospel Lighthouse Church.

Survived by his widow, the former Inez McCLEARY; two sisters, Mrs. Lelia EGGERS, North Hollywood, Calif.; and Mrs. Verla FERGUSON, Harris, Mo., also four brothers, Carl, Dodge Center, Minn.; Earl, Fort Dodge; John and Elmer, both of Webster City.
