Mrs. WIENEKE Rites Tuesday

BRIGHTON - Last rites for Mrs. Lestr (sic - Lester) WIENEKE, 50, will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain.

Mrs. WIENEKE died last Friday at Little Rock, Ark. Service will be conducted by Rev. Edward Sheperd. The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o'clock at the Gould Funeral home in Brighton.

Mrs. WIENEKE was the former Gertrude KURTZ of Brighton. She was born May 30, 1915 in Jefferson County.

She is survived by her husband, Lester WIENEKE, and the following brothers and sisters: Raymond and John KURTZ, Brighton; Donald KURTZ, Davenport; Mrs. Virginia OTT and Mrs. Martha OTT, Davenport; and Mrs. Frances SHUPPY, Davenport.
