Peter CUTSHALL to the Public, 24 Jan. 1908.

"I, Peter CUTSHALL, aged 61 years, resident of said county for the past 56 years, was well acquainted with Aaron GREENLAND, who died 1864 in the Civil War, and left surviving his wife Mary Jane and children: Omer GREENLAND, Robert C. GREENLAND, James S. GREENLAND, and Jacob I. GREENLAND, and Addison GREENLAND. Addison died when about 18 years of age, unmarried and no issue; Nancy GREENLAND died in infancy and said mother was sole heir.

The mother, Mary J., after the death of her husband Aaron GREENLAND, married to one Wm. FROST; she survived him and died about 15 Jan. 1908, near the town of Batavia, Jefferson Co., Iowa. Her only heirs are said sons Omer, Robert C., James S., and Jacob I. GREENLAND....."
