Jefferson County. } ss: In Circuit Court,

To All Whom it May Concern:

Notice is hereby given, that on the 14th day of June, A. D. 1875, a paper was opened and read by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, of Jefferson county, Iowa, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Silas OVERHOLSER, late of Jefferson county, in the State of Iowa, deceased; and that proof of the genuineness of said instrument will be heard in the Circuit Court in said county on the first day of the October Term, A. D. 1875, of said Court, at the hour of 1 o'clock p.m. of said day, when all persons interested in the said Will are required to be present and make their objections to the same, if any they have.
