Page 2ROBISONs celebrating 55th wedding anniversary
Leroy and Phyllis ROBISON of Richland will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Phyllis PAXSON and Leroy ROBISON were married Nov. 5, 1961, at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Fairfield.
They are the parents of two children, daughter Lori WELCH and husband Jack of East Moline, Illinois, and Doug ROBISON and wife Melissa of Richland. They have four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Mr. ROBISON retired from the Iowa Department of Transportation after 41 years of service. Mrs. ROBISON worked in retail, with the longest at Martin's Pharmacy in Fairfield for 29 years.
The couple will be celebrating with their children and grandchildren on Saturday. A trip to Branson, Missouri, is planned at a later date.
