SANCHEZ celebrating 85th birthday May 1

Norma SANCHEZ of Martinsburg will celebrate her 85th birthday May 1, with an open house from 1-4 at the Hedrick Community Center in Hedrick (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).

Mrs. SANCHEZ was born May 7, 1931, in Fairfield. She retired from John Deere Ottumwa Works after 30 years in 1985. She is a cashier at Steady Run Station in Martinsburg.

Mrs. SANCHEZ had three children: Don of Des Moines, Joyce of Hedrick and Mike with wife Sheri of Geneva, Illinois. She also has four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. SANCHEZ requests no gifts. Birthday wishes can be sent to her at PO Box 1, Martinsburg 52568.
