KESSLER celebrating 90th birthday

Betty KESSLER of Fairfield is celebrating her 90th birthday Thursday.

Mrs. KESSLER was born April 28, 1926, in Richland.

She lived in Burlington for several years and now lives at SunnyBrook Assisted Living in Fairfield.
