NEWELLs celebrating 80th wedding anniversary

Former Fairfield residents Ken and Peg NEWELL, now of Des Moines, will celebrate 80 years of marriage Friday.

Cards can be sent to the NEWELLs at Valley View Village, 2555 Guthrie Ave., Apt. 219, Des Moines 50317, where they reside in good health.

The couple has 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. NEWELL is the sister of Fern CRAFTON of Fairfield.
