Kriss and Raye HOOTMAN of Douds will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 4.
The HOOTMANs were married Oct. 4, 1963, by the Rev. Simbro in Ottumwa.
The couple has two children, Larry HOOTMAN and wife Carol, and Cathy WATSON and husband Scott, all of Douds. They also have three grandchildren.
The couple requests no gifts, but cards would be welcome. Cards can be sent to 13982 Elm St., Douds 52551.
