Lifestyles SectionKEISER celebrating 90th birthday at open house
Geraldine "Gerry" McENTIRE KEISER of Richland will be celebrating her 90th birthday during an open house from 1-3 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Rubio Community Building in Rubio.
No gifts are requested; cards and memories are welcome.
Mrs. KEISER was born Dec. 11, 1921, in Pollock, Mo.
She retired from Parkview Care Center in 1985. She also had worked at Universal Producing Company and Jefferson County Hospital. She enjoys Rubio Women's Club, Richland Women's Club and volunteering at Pekin school and the veterans' hospital in Iowa City.
The open house is being hosted by her children: son Jim McENTIRE and wife Linda of Knoxville, Tenn.; son Don KEISER and wife Jayne of Oxford; son Ken KEISER and wife Karla of Athens, Ala; daughter Twylla WESTERCAMP and husband Dwayne of Omaha, Neb.; and daughter Alice STORTZ and husband Butch of Birmingham.
Mrs. KEISER's family also includes nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
