Jefferson County Probate Journal "C", p. 93-94. 13th day 10th month, 1844. Will of Isaiah Henshaw signed. (Died on or about 20 Oct. 1844.) "I give and bequeath to all of my children, both male and female, to each of them one dollar to be raised and levied out of my estate. . . . .Remained of my estate both real and personal to my wife Welmet Hinshaw, to her and her heirs and assigns forever. My wife Welmet Hinshaw whole and sole executrix." Wit.: Jonathan Hadley, John J. McPherson.
