JEFFREYs to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Edwin and Joyce JEFFREY of Fairfield will be celebrating their 50th anniversary July 3.

Mr. JEFFREY, son of Ralph and Erma JEFFREY, and Mrs. JEFFREY, daughter of Jim and Hilda WADE, were married at the First Christian Church on July 3, 1960.

The JEFFREYs the parents of two sons (sic), Jim of Des Moines and Jay of Fairfield. They also have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. JEFFREY is retired from Rockwell and Jefferson Co. Police Reserves. Mrs. JEFFREY is retired from Louden's and Fairfield Glove Co.

Their sons are hosting an open house from 1-4 p.m. July 3 at The Elks and invite all friends and family to celebrate with the JEFFREYs. The couple requests no gifts, just the pleasure of company.
