PARCELL to celebrate 80th birthday

Rosie PARCELL of Fairfield will celebrate her 80th birthday with an open house 1-4 p.m. March 21 at the Fairfield VFW.

The party is being hosted by her children and grandchildren. All friends and family of Mrs. PARCELL are welcome to attend. Mrs. PARCELL requests no gifts, but cards are welcome.
