RUBEY Reunion

The 87th Annual RUBEY Family Reunion was Sunday at Jefferson County Park.

After a meal and a prayer by Charles RUBEY, a business meeting has held (sic). President Rex GODWIN called the meeting to order. The minutes were ready (sic) by secretary Charles RUBEY. The treasurer's report was given by Lucille GODWIN.

The remainder of the afternoon was spent taking pictures and visiting.

The oldest person in attendance was Eloise MORTON, and the youngest was Tige RAINBOLT. The people coming the longest distance were John STICKRADT at 490 miles and Darlene RUBEY and Willis McFARLAND at 440 miles.

Those attending were Eleanor JONES of Wapello; Ed and Ruth EVANS of Comanche; John STICKRADT of Chelsea, Mich.; Bob and Lois KELLER of Stockport; Cathy GIBERSON of Sigourney; Darlene RUBEY and Willis McFARLAND, Gainsville, Mo.; Eloise NORTON (sic), Charles RUBEY, Ernie and Debbie RIEPE, Rex and Lucille GODWIN, all of Fairfield; Amy KESSEL, Tige RAINBOLT of Brighton; and Connie and Nick LAUDERBACK of Oskaloosa.
