Ralph and Betty GONTERMAN will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Thursday.
Ralph GONTERMAN and Betty FERREL were married April 16, 1949, in Davenport. Mr. GONTERMAN is retired from American Chain and Cable in Fairfield and Barker Ltd. in Keosauqua. Mrs. GONTERMAN is still employed at the VFW in Keosauqua, where she has worked for 40 years.
The couple has two children: Terry GONTERMAN of Kilborne and Connie and Gary BLAISE of Fairfield. They have seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
