Gene and Rosalita HANEY BALL will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary July 28.
The couple was married July 28, 1968, at United Methodist Church in Batavia. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. John Nye.
Mr. BALL is employed at Cargill Meat Solutions in Ottumwa. He is a 1966 graduate of Cardinal High School.
Mrs. BALL is employed at Pennsylvania Place in Ottumwa. She is a 1967 graduate of Fairfield High School.
The couple has three children: Lisa and husband Brian HEISEL of Stockport, Troy BALL of Batavia and Gina and husband Ryan WESTERCAMP of Keosauqua. They have seven grandchildren.
