DISSOLUTION NOTICE.

The co-partnership heretofore existing between C. C. GODDARD and L. M. PRATT, under the style and firm of GODDARD & PRATT, was dissolved by mutual consent this 20th day of October 1868. The butchering business will be continued by Mr. GODDARD, who will pay all claims against the firm. The books are in the hands of Mr. PRATT, who desires an early settlement.
