HOMES OF FAIRFIELD -- 308 W. Washington. Leroy WILLIAMS, owner. Built in 1865 and owned for a time by John J. CUMMINGS, a Mexican war soldier and lawyer who died in 1917. Newton WILLIAMS, a Civil War soldier and a member of the Board of Supervisors, lived here the last years of his life.
