.... A YOUNG family, who moved here from Franklin, Ind., about 1863. This letter elicited the attention of Mrs. J. L. RANEY of 405 W. Adams St., and also Mrs. George PATTERSON, 303 S. "B". The former, who was Kate JONES, is a granddaughter of Joseph and Mary YOUNG. Mrs. PATTERSON is the granddaughter of Mary YOUNG TITUS and Thomas W. TITUS. Mrs. PATTERSON states that Lafe YOUNG, owner of the "Des Moines Capital" at Des Moines, is a son of Josiah T. YOUNG, former secretary of state and a relative of Joseph YOUNG.
