DR. N. STEELE -- Dr. N. STEELE was one of the leading doctors in Fairfield in 1852, and is often spoken of in Dr. J. M. SHAFFER's diary. Dr. SHAFFER mentions him in 1852 in several cases. However, not much data is available concerning him, save that his name was on the list of voters in 1848.
