Mrs. M. E. WOODS, of Fairfield, after a sojourn of several years in California, as we learn from the "Ledger", arrived at home on Friday last. Mrs. WOODS, during the war, was one of the few sanitary agents who could be implicitly trusted. Many an Iowa regiment did she visit in person, always bringing wagon loads of good things direct from friends at home. Long may she live.
